The Society for Mental Health Tyrol counsels and supports those who suffer from a mental impairment. Mentally ill persons should have the opportunity to improve their mostly difficult circumstances and to find new life perspectives.
We are committed to your place in society Society for Mental HealthWe offer extensive social psychiatric help to affected persons according to international, high-quality standards and base this help on their individual needs: they should be able to lead their lives as normally as possible, and whenever possible in their customary surroundings with their own everyday occurrences and freedoms.
Our centers for mental health in the various districts of Tyrol assist with rehabilitation and social integration. In knowledge of the fact that people need to be with other people in order to regain their emotional health, we advocate the careful shaping of therapeutic relationships. We aim to foster the self-help potential of the individual person.
Our rehabilitation facilities are organized around the areas counseling, assistance, therapy, living, structure of daily life, activities, work, communication and free time.
